AVECCC is a 24-hour veterinary emergency and critical care hospital with highly skilled doctors delivering significantly complex treatments in the western US. Our clinical team collaborates closely with neurologists, internists, dermatologists, oncologists, and a surgical team to provide the highest quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring every patient feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for.
  • Support your team by communicating effectively, jumping in where needed, and helping create a positive work environment.
  • Provide compassionate client service by keeping pet owners informed, supported, and confident in their pet’s care.
  • Contribute to a collaborative hospital culture where teamwork, respect, and continuous learning are valued.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care by following hospital protocols, safety procedures, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Compassion, patience, and empathy when working with clients and their pets.
  • Knowledge of veterinary medical terminology.
  • Education, training, or experience in the veterinary field.
  • A collaborative mindset and commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
  • Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
