Veterinary Assistant - Emergency

About the role
VCA Yorba is a busy 24-hour hybrid practice offering emergency care, hospitalization, preventative/routine medical care, grooming, and boarding. In addition to advanced services such as cold laser therapy, ultrasound, laparoscopy, orthopedic surgeries, acupuncture, and reproductive services, we provide general veterinary services including vaccinations, spays and neuters, and wellness exams. Our facility spans over 15,000 square feet and is equipped with in-house labs, digital radiographs (including digital dental radiographs), and a team of 14 full-time DVMs, along with an on-call boarded surgeon, ultrasonographer, and cardiologist.

Requirements
We are looking for experienced veterinary assistants with emergency and triage skills. A desire to grow and develop professionally is highly valued.
Pay
$19 - $29 per hour (negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials)
Schedule
4x10-hour shifts, including 1 weekend day required
