Veterinary Technician - Urgent Care

Responsibilities
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
- Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and anesthesia monitoring.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and remain calm under pressure.
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues to ensure patient care and team cohesion.
- Think critically, advocate for patients, and share observations and ideas to enhance care and strengthen the team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of Veterinary Technician experience.
- Prior urgent care experience is a plus.
- Associates in Veterinary Technology is preferred.
- CVT license is preferred.
- Knowledge of anesthesia and monitoring.
- Phlebotomy skills.
- Knowledge of scheduling, medical supplies, laboratory tests, and treatment procedures.
- Knowledge of sterilization techniques and instrument/materials handling.
- Ability to work independently and follow directions.
- Must be 18 years or older to apply.

Pay
$21.00-$28.00 an hour depending on experience, credentials, and education.
Schedule
This is a Full-Time position: Saturday – 10am-8pm, Monday – 12pm-10pm, Thursday – 10am-8pm, Friday – 10am-8pm.
