About the role

VCA South Shore is seeking an experienced and driven Veterinary Technician Manager to provide leadership within our high-volume Emergency and ICU departments. This role is designed for a skilled veterinary hospital leader with strong operational and people-management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment. • Coach and develop supervisors, team leads, and veterinary support staff
  • Promote consistency in hospital processes, medical protocols, and client service standards
  • Collaborate with medical and administrative leadership to improve efficiency and patient outcomes
  • Support financial and operational goals, including effective staffing utilization and resource management
  • Maintain a strong presence in the hospital to monitor patient flow, team morale, and service quality
  • Assist in resolving escalated client concerns and operational challenges
