Responsibilities
- Perform advanced Internal Medicine procedures, including endoscopy, anesthesia, and anesthetic monitoring.
- Conduct medical math, drug calculations, and follow protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance patient care and team success—your input is valued and encouraged.
- Assist with CPR and utilize EzyVet and SmartFlow (experience a plus but not required).
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Veterinary Technician experience.
- Associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology (a plus).
- CVT license (a plus).
- Proficiency in anesthesia and monitoring.
- Knowledge of phlebotomy and patient scheduling procedures.
- Familiarity with veterinary instruments, sterilization techniques, and medical supply ordering.
- Strong understanding of client service principles, including needs assessment and quality standards.
- Excellent command of English, including grammar, spelling, and composition.
- Ability to work independently and follow direction on assigned tasks.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Schedule
Full-time position: 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts. Some holidays required.
Pay
$24.50–$32.00 per hour, dependent on experience.
