About the role
Join a new general practice as a licensed or credentialed veterinary technician (LVT/CVT/RVT).
Responsibilities
- Assisting veterinarians with exams, diagnostics, anesthesia, lab work, and surgeries such as spay/neuter and mass removals.
- Supporting patient intake, client communication, and education on treatments.
- Managing patient flow and appointment coordination in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborating with the team to develop workflows, culture, and best practices.
Requirements
- Licensed or credentialed veterinary technician with 1-2 years of small animal practice experience, including surgery.
- Excellent communication skills with clients and team members.
- Proficient in practice management software and diagnostic equipment.
- Demonstrates compassion, teamwork, initiative, and respect.
Schedule
- Full-time position with a flexible 4-day schedule, Monday-Thursday, with no weekends or major holidays.
- Potential future schedule adjustments or weekend shifts with growth.
Pay
- Compensation ranges from $28 to $32 per hour, based on experience and licensure.
- Sign-on bonus up to $5,000.
