Veterinary Technician Externship - New Jersey

The Opportunity

The opportunity is to complete an externship in a state-of-the-art veterinary clinic with thoughtful mentorship and exposure to a variety of cases. Bond Vet believes the role of a veterinary technician has not realized its full potential in any general practice or urgent-care clinical environment and aims to bring this role to the modern day.

What You'll Do

• Focus on patient care, with support from veterinary assistants and a remote nurse team.
• Work side by side with veterinarians to provide top-quality patient care and support communities across your region.
• Develop your skills through providing insights and techniques that introduce you to a full scope of practice.
• Use innovative technologies, new medical equipment, and more as you pilot clinic tools that have not yet broken into the mainstream.
• Attend internal educational events provided by the Medical Operations Team.

You Have

• Must be enrolled in an AVMA accredited veterinary technician or veterinary nursing program and be in a class that requires externship hours and/or skills.
