About the role
Work 4 x 10-hour shifts, including days, swings, weekends, and holiday rotations. These shifts may be split between the Buzzards Bay and Dennis locations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct emergency triage, gather vitals, and obtain health histories using EMRs
- Absorb and stabilize critically ill patients, using technical skills and compassionate advocacy
- Collaborate closely with veterinarians and colleagues to deliver gold-standard care under fast-paced conditions
Requirements
- Current CVT, LVT, or RVT (or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months)
- Veterinary emergency experience is essential; anesthesia and emergency procedure monitoring preferred
- RECOVER certification and/or VTS ECC credentials a plus (or a strong desire to pursue specialization)
