VCA Marshall Animal Hospital is expanding their Patient Care team and seeks a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician.

Schedule

Average schedule: Full-time position, typically 4 x 10-hour shifts. Flexible scheduling available for 5x8s.

Compensation

$23 - 25/hr, starting range determined by skill set and years of experience.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care through all life stages.
• Perform technical skills including anesthesia monitoring, radiology, phlebotomy, and dentistry.
• Support DVMs in diagnostic and treatment plans, including advanced procedures.
• Educate clients on preventative care and treatment options.
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT) or eligible for licensure.
• Passion for patient advocacy, Fear Free techniques, client education, and teamwork.
• Strong technical skills and willingness to learn and grow.
