About the role

Support our doctors, practice managers, and hospital team members as a Support Center Team member from our offices in sunny South Florida, in a field-based role, or in a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the hospital team
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate scheduling and appointments
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts
  • Support fundraising and community engagement

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Passionate about veterinary care and pet welfare
