About the role
Plantation Animal Clinic is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join their team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Matthews, NC.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end care for patients, including facilitating outpatient treatments and performing laboratory tests.
- Support services such as admitting and discharging patients.
- Ensure the success of patient care aligns with your personal commitment to making a difference.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
- CVT/RVT/LVT certification (active and current preferred).
- Superior/advanced technical skills.
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a veterinary clinic setting.
- Strong anesthesia skills (ability to obtain a blood pressure, ECG, SpO2, and ETCO2 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes).
- A positive work attitude.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
