Responsibilities
- Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoring
- Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnostics
- Educating pet parents with compassion and clarity
- Ensuring accurate medical documentation and patient histories
- Promoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interaction
- Mentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical setting
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of Florida
- Confident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnostics
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset
- Committed to low-stress, Fear-Free handling
- Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow

- Confident, friendly, and skilled in veterinary care
