Responsibilities Include Assisting in surgeries, dental procedures, and anesthesia monitoringPerforming venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and lab diagnosticsEducating pet parents with compassion and clarityEnsuring accurate medical documentation and patient historiesPromoting low-stress and Fear-Free techniques in every interactionMentoring assistants and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence What We’re Looking For 3+ years of hands-on veterinary experience in a clinical settingLicensed Veterinary Technician (LVT, RVT, CVT) in the state of IndianaConfident in surgery, anesthesia monitoring, venipuncture, and diagnosticsStrong communication skills with a collaborative mindsetCommitted to low-stress, Fear-Free handling (certification a plus, and we’ll pay for it)Comfortable with technology, adaptable, and motivated to grow Join a Team That’s Changing the Game Apply today to become a Veterinary Technician for a company that is built by vets who love pets and help us create extraordinary experiences for pets and their families.
