Veterinary Technician

Responsibilities

  • Support veterinarians in medical, surgical, and preventive care for dogs, cats, and pigs
  • Patient intake and monitoring anesthesia
  • Assist in surgeries and perform laboratory tests
  • Administer medications and vaccines
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Educate clients on preventive care and post-operative instructions
  • Ensure a clean, safe, and low-stress environment

Qualifications & Skills

  • Licensed as a Registered Veterinary Technician
  • Strong clinical skills in small and farm animal medicine
  • Excellent communication and client education abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting
