About the role
Eagle Animal Hospital – Riverside is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join their growing team. The position offers a $2500 bonus for RVTs.
Responsibilities
- Handle patient care
- Take care of clients
- Assist doctors in surgery
- Provide quality nursing care to hospitalized patients
Requirements
- Previous Veterinary Experience: 1 year or more
- Credentials as Veterinary Technician preferred
- Ability to execute treatment orders as directed by a DVM (including IV Catheter placement, phlebotomy, injections, anesthesia induction and monitoring, perioperative surgical nursing, dental prophylaxis, in-house laboratory etc.)
- Positive attitude and TEAM player personality
- Excellent communication skills
Qualifications
Must have a valid Missouri license as a Veterinary Technician.
