About the role

At Verde Veterinary Hospital, we are growing and now hiring for Full-Time Veterinary Technician/CSR Hybrid, Part-Time Veterinary Technician, or Client Service Representative positions. We are seeking compassionate, motivated individuals who enjoy variety and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting veterinarians with appointments, surgery, and medical procedures
• Performing venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, radiology, treatments, and patient monitoring (based on experience)
• Administering medications and educating clients on treatment plans and preventive care
• Maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring a smooth patient flow
• Supporting hospital operations through inventory management, cleanliness, and teamwork
• Providing exceptional client service through scheduling, phone communication, patient admissions/discharges, estimates, and payment processing (for hybrid positions)

Qualifications

• Veterinary experience is preferred, but outstanding customer service experience and a willingness to learn can also be considered for the right CSR candidate
