About the role
Mission / Overland Park Veterinary Specialty and Emergency Hospital is a 24-hour hospital focusing on the most critical needs of the animals in our community. Our board-certified specialists provide the most advanced care for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Work various shifts including 4/10’s, 3/12’s, and weekends
- Receive $3/hr overnight stipend between 10pm and 8am
- Receive $1.50/hr from midnight Saturday to midnight Sunday

Requirements
- Experience as a Veterinary Technician or as an experienced Veterinary Assistant
- Outstanding client service and excellent patient care
- Ability to remain composed during stressful and emotional situations
- Clear, effective communication among clients and team members
- Dedication to making a difference in the lives of patients and their families
- Desire to utilize full skill set and learn new techniques
