About the role

We are seeking a Lead Credentialed Veterinary Technician to provide skilled medical care under veterinarian supervision and support hospital operations through team oversight.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality patient care across nursing, anesthesia, surgery, radiology, and dentistry.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Collaborate with leadership to optimize workflows.
• Educate clients on treatment plans.
• Manage inventory and equipment.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an AVMA-accredited veterinary technician program.
• Current state licensure.
• Minimum of three years of experience.
• Leadership or mentorship skills preferred.
• Proficiency in advanced technical skills such as anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistance, and radiology.
• Excellent communication skills and composure in a fast-paced environment.

Physical requirements

• Ability to stand and walk.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work safely around animals and medical hazards.
