About the Role

Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant
• Status: Full-time
• Pay: $20.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, alternating Saturdays, including 1–2 evening shifts per week

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Aid veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures
• Obtain patient histories and maintain accurate medical records
• Prepare exam rooms, instruments, and equipment
• Safely restrain patients during examinations and procedures
• Administer medications, vaccines, and anesthesia as directed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient treatment area
• Feed, clean, and monitor hospitalized animals
• Support daily hospital operations and workflow
