Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients while delivering compassionate patient care
• Safely handle and restrain dogs, cats, and exotic patients
• Obtain patient histories and collect vital signs
• Assist with examinations and treatment plans
• Perform venipuncture and place intravenous catheters
• Administer medications (SQ and IV)
• Monitor patients under anesthesia
• Assist with surgical procedures
• Perform dental prophylaxis and dental radiographs
• Apply bandages and provide nursing care
• Run in-house laboratory diagnostics and obtain quality radiographs
• Collaborate with veterinarians and teammates to provide outstanding medical care

Pay

$17.00 - $21.00 / hour
