About the role

Support our doctors, practice managers, and hospital team members as a Support Center Team member from our offices in sunny South Florida, in a field-based role, or in a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the hospital team
• Handle incoming calls and emails
• Coordinate with clients for appointments and services
• Manage scheduling and billing processes
• Assist with marketing and promotional activities
• Support fundraising efforts and community engagement

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Pay

$20 - $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Field-based positions require availability to work in South Florida, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend coverage. Remote positions offer flexible hours, though some evening and weekend availability may be required.
