Veterinary Regional Director of Operations (St. George) 06-26

About the role

Curo Pet Care is seeking a highly experienced leader in the veterinary or broader medical/service industry to serve as its Regional Director of Operations for the St. George/Las Vegas area. The role involves the direct oversight and management of existing practices in the region and the planning, construction, and growth of new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices.

Responsibilities

• Partnering hand-in-hand with the ownership team to develop and execute regional:

  • Strategic planning
  • Marketing
  • Financial management
  • Vendor relationships

• Day-to-day operational oversight of practice level managers:

  • HR/team management
  • Bookkeeping
  • OSHA compliance
  • Inventory

• Development and implementation of non-medical protocols, best practices, and staff training

• Coordination and oversight of new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices in the region

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of experience managing multi-site veterinary/medical/service operations
• Deep expertise in all areas of HR, finance, marketing, facilities, and medical program support
• While not required, a CVPM certification is a plus
