Veterinary Regional Director of Operations (SoCal) 06-26

About the role

Curo Pet Care is seeking a highly experienced leader in the veterinary or broader medical/service industry to serve as its Regional Director of Operations for the broader Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas. The role will oversee and manage existing practices in the region and plan, construct, and grow new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices.

Responsibilities

• Partnering hand-in-hand with the ownership team to develop and execute regional:

  • Strategic planning
  • Marketing
  • Financial management
  • Vendor relationships

• Day-to-day operational oversight of practice level managers:

  • HR/team management
  • Bookkeeping
  • OSHA compliance
  • Inventory

• Development and implementation of non-medical protocols, best practices and staff training

• Coordination and oversight of new, state-of-the-art multi-doctor practices in the region

Requirements

• Deep expertise in all areas of HR, finance, marketing, facilities and medical program support

• At least 7+ years experience managing a multi-site veterinary/medical/service operations

• CVPM certification is a plus

$95,000 to $160,000 per year
