Job Summary
Cleveland Park Animal Hospital of Greer is seeking a full-time customer service representative. Veterinary experience required.
About the Role
This is a "People Person" job that requires love for pets. The position includes but is not limited to:
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Exceptional record keeping
- Multitasking ability to triage and schedule appointments and walk-ins and/or emergencies
- Processing prescription refill requests
- Admitting and discharging multiple patients at once
- Light housekeeping
Responsibilities
Includes but is not limited to:
- Over-the-counter sales
- Maintain a high level of organization and communication
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Provide consistent quality customer service to every client and patient
- Accurately process invoices and payments when services are rendered as needed
Requirements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced working environment
- Qualified candidates must be friendly, easygoing, able to work 4 hours every other Saturday
Qualifications
- Veterinary experience: 1 year (Required)
- Customer service: 1 year (Required)
- Ability to relocate to Greer, SC 29650: Relocate before starting work (Required)
