8- or 10-hour shifts; Monday through Saturday availability required

What You'll Do

  • Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
  • Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
  • Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily workflow
  • Provide exceptional customer service while communicating with clients and the veterinary team
  • Maintain accurate client and patient records
  • Process invoices and collect payments
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
  • Support the veterinary team with administrative responsibilities as needed
