What You'll Do
- Welcome clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and compassion
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls
- Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily workflow
- Provide exceptional customer service while communicating with clients and the veterinary team
- Maintain accurate client and patient records
- Process invoices and collect payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
- Support the veterinary team with administrative responsibilities as needed
