Veterinary Receptionist
About the role
As the face of the hospital, our CSRs greet visitors with warmth and compassion, fostering trust in the veterinary team and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. In this role, you will schedule and manage the flow of appointments, provide empathetic customer service while multi-tasking between a multi-line phone system and in-person clients, process financial transactions, answer inquiries, and provide essential information about the services we provide.

Requirements
This position is ideal for candidates with a background in fast-paced customer service who are friendly and outgoing, detail-oriented, excellent at multi-tasking, and committed to contributing to a team-focused environment.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role
- Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare-related front-desk experience preferred
Skills
Candidates should be outgoing, friendly, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task effectively.

Pay
Compensation: $12-15 per hour, for each hour worked

Full-time position, Flexible 5/8 or 4/10 schedule, Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays
