As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be he friendly face and the first person our clients see when they walk through our doors, greeting clients with a smile and giving their pets a good old fuss! Your Day At Briar House Vets Could Include Welcoming clients and their pets upon arrivalBook appointments and arrivalsHelp to promote our Healthcare Plan so that pets are receiving premium discounted preventative treatmentBooking in follow up appointments for the pet once they have left their initial consultationHelp the Vet and Nurse team with queriesBeing responsible for paperwork being scanned onto pets digital recordsLiaison with clients regarding queries for appointment booking and medication collectionOrdering food and medicationTaking payment following treatmentManaging an extremely busy reception desk with efficiency and professionalism Ideally You Will Have Previous experience working as a Veterinary ReceptionistExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational abilities and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environmentA genuine love for animals and a commitment to delivering outstanding client serviceBe proficient in computer systems and software, having experience using RxWorks is a MASSIVE plus!Must enjoy cuddling pet - pets are everything to our amazing teamsWe can be flexible on hours - Offering evenings and weekends on rota or weekends only - rota can be discussed.
