What We’re Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who loves animals, possesses strong communication skills, and has previous experience in veterinary customer service or reception. Key Responsibilities Provide friendly, efficient, and professional phone support to clients.Respond to inquiries and share information about our services and products.Welcome clients warmly and accurately enter or update client and pet information.Schedule appointments and manage check-in/out procedures smoothly.Maintain awareness of the reception area and patient conditions.Prepare client invoices and handle payment processing post-service.Assist with over-the-counter sales of specialty merchandise and prescription diets.Perform general clerical duties, including filing, scanning, digital correspondence, and maintaining records. Qualifications Prior experience in veterinary customer care is required.Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.Strong multitasking and task prioritization skills.Positive, professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.Team player with a collaborative spirit.
