About the role
A full-time Veterinary Receptionist position is available at Skylos Sports Medicine, a BluePearl Partner, in Ellicott City, MD.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs upon arrival and the patient's general condition.
- Collect deposits and payments for services.
- Confirm all appointments in advance to ensure clients receive accurate information about preparing their pet for the appointment.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and service agencies during handling of pet remains, ensuring a complete, accurate, and compassionate process.

- Experience in a veterinary setting preferred but not required.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $27.50 per hour, dependent on experience and advancement through our competency assessment tool.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday, 7:30am - 6pm.
