About the Role
We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at the Animal Dermatology Clinic - Lake Oswego. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment dedicated to the health and well-being of pets.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls
- Take accurate messages and book appointments
- Maintain charts and computer records
- Pharmacy and retail sales
- Marketing implementation
- Maintenance/housekeeping
- Financial responsibilities
- Restraining for the Veterinarian
Requirements
- Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent client service skills

Education And Physical Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working in the public (restaurant, retail or service business)
- Experience in a veterinary hospital
- Dependable attendance is required
- The ability to lift 40 pounds
- The ability to walk, bend, squat, stand or reach constantly during a minimum 8-hour day
