We're looking for a friendly, compassionate Customer Service Representative to serve as one of the first points of contact for our clients and their pets. In this role, you'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping the front office organized, supporting an efficient hospital workflow, and helping clients feel informed and cared for throughout every visit.
