Veterinary Practice Manager

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Veterinary Practice Manager to lead and organize our veterinary team, including veterinarians, technicians, and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations, focusing on personnel management such as hiring, training, and development
• Manage scheduling and inventory systems
• Guide staff towards continuous improvement and maintain excellent client and patient care
• Balance business needs with staff well-being

Requirements

• Previous management experience in a veterinary setting
• Comfortable working both front and back of house
• Experience with clinical HR functions, SOPs, evaluations, and disciplinary actions
• Ability to quickly learn and operate the practice management system, ImproMed
