About The Role As Practice Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of Portland Vet Stroudwater. Working closely with hospital leadership, you'll play a critical role in launching the hospital, establishing workflows, building an engaged team, and creating an exceptional experience for clients and patients from day one. What We're Looking For Veterinary Technology degree and 3+ years of experience in a veterinary hospital.1+ years of leadership or management experience in veterinary medicine.Strong communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.A passion for building teams, developing people, and creating efficient operational processes.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive team culture.Financial and operational management experience, including budgeting and KPI tracking.
