Veterinary Practice Leader

About the role

This isn’t a “sit in the office and push paperwork” kind of job. You’ll be right in the mix—supporting your team, solving problems on the fly, and helping shape the future of the hospital.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hospital, making sure everything runs efficiently—from scheduling and workflow to client experience and team performance.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering a positive and accountable culture.
• Partner with the medical team to ensure we’re delivering the best care possible.
• Keep an eye on the business side of things—managing inventory, budgets, and key performance metrics.

Requirements

• Experienced leader who knows how to balance empathy with accountability.
• Organized, proactive, and not easily rattled.
• Able to juggle competing priorities, communicate clearly, and make decisions with confidence.
• Veterinary experience is strongly preferred, but open to candidates with strong leadership backgrounds in other healthcare or service-based industries who are excited to learn.
