Veterinary Nursing Staff Supervisor
About the role
The Veterinary Nursing Staff Supervisor will lead and mentor the daily operations of nursing staff, develop the team's skills and knowledge, and provide oversight while working alongside the team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of the nursing staff in Medical Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology
- Mentor and train the nursing staff
- Screen and select new team members
- Provide regular feedback through performance evaluations and mentoring
Requirements
- Associates degree and two years of relevant experience; or a high school diploma or equivalent and four years of relevant experience
- Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for up to one year of the required experience
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge and experience in veterinary nursing care
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
- Strong leadership skills to promote teamwork

$26-30, dependent on credentials and experience
