About the role
- Organize group sessions after regular class time to review material by reserving a small classroom via Assistant Dean Brendan Caputo (brendan.caputo@liu.edu).
- Answer questions during group sessions.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations using original teaching materials and/or create new presentations based on course learning objectives.
- Prepare multiple choice questions and other activities such as games, Q&A sessions, and provide feedback on student learning and concepts requiring revision.
Responsibilities
- Teach material to current Veterinary Medicine students.
Education Requirements
- LIU student enrolled in an active Veterinary degree program.
Experience Requirements
- Have completed the course with an A letter grade.
- Maintain an overall GPA greater than 3.5.
