Southern Oregon Veterinary Specialty Center is seeking an energetic and compassionate Veterinary Medical Oncologist to join our dedicated team of veterinary professionals. We are the premier 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital within a 4-hour radius, offering advanced treatments, state-of-the-art technology, and a supportive hospital culture.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive medical oncology services to patients
- Collaborate with other veterinarians in emergency, critical care, internal medicine, surgery, and urgent care departments
- Support the hospital's mission of providing the best medicine for our patients using the latest technology
- Participate in professional development and continuing education
Requirements
- Current DVM degree from an AVMA accredited school
- Valid California Veterinarian license or ability to obtain one within 6 months of hire
- Experience in medical oncology preferred
- Strong clinical skills and a passion for veterinary medicine
