Edmonds-Westgate Veterinary Hospital is seeking a Veterinary Medical Director to lead their established small animal practice in Edmonds, Washington. This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape the future of a hospital without losing the clinical work that drew them to veterinary medicine in the first place.

Practice Highlights

Qualifications

  • DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
  • Washington veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
  • Several years of companion animal clinical experience
  • Strong surgery, dentistry, and medical case management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, or lead others
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and collaborative medicine
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities

Schedule

A four-day work week with three consecutive days off each week, rotating Saturdays, and the hospital open Monday through Saturday.
