About the role

The Medical Director will lead the team of emergency and specialty clinicians at BluePearl Pet Hospital in Nashville, TN. They will partner with hospital administration to create a supportive and engaging work environment, focusing on medical quality, clinician-driven culture, and clinician recruitment, engagement, and retention.

Responsibilities

• Uphold medical quality standards in patient care, client satisfaction, and patient safety.
• Support quality and operational initiatives.
• Foster a clinician-driven culture and learning environment.
• Clinician recruiting, engagement, and retention.
• Work harmoniously with other clinicians, staff, and referring veterinarians.
• Interact with referring veterinarians through various methods.
• Create a positive impact on the hospital culture.
