- Scheduling appointments and managing daily workflow
- Triaging client questions and communicating with the veterinary team
- Handling check-ins, checkouts, and billing accurately
- Supporting client communication, front desk operations, and administrative tasks
- Keeping the reception area organized and client-ready
Requirements
- Veterinary reception or animal care experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a calm, professional demeanor
- Able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Confident multitasker with attention to detail
- Team-oriented, reliable, and client-focused
