Dermatology for Animals (D4A) is a leading veterinary dermatology practice founded in 1991 by a board-certified veterinary dermatologist. The practice has grown organically through its highly respected residency program and is now partnered with Thrive Pet Healthcare.

Requirements
- State Veterinary Board license (in good standing)
- DEA license (or eligibility)
- DACVD board certification or residency completion
