About the role
Support our doctors, practice managers, and hospital team members as a Support Center Team member from our offices in sunny South Florida, in a field-based role, or in a remote role.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the hospital team
- Handle incoming calls and emails
- Coordinate with clients and staff for appointments and logistics
- Manage scheduling and appointment confirmations
- Process payments and manage billing
- Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns
- Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
- Handle correspondence and document management
- Support team members with HR-related tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology and practices
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
