About the role

Support our doctors, practice managers, and hospital team members as a Support Center Team member from our offices in sunny South Florida, in a field-based role, or in a remote role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the hospital team
  • Handle incoming calls and emails
  • Coordinate with clients and staff for appointments and logistics
  • Manage scheduling and appointment confirmations
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Support marketing efforts and promotional campaigns
  • Assist with recruitment and candidate screening
  • Handle correspondence and document management
  • Support team members with HR-related tasks

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred
  • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and practices
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
