Dulles South Veterinary Center is seeking a part-time Veterinary Client Service Representative to join their team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in South Riding, VA.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming and supportive experience for pet owners from start to finish
- Coordinate appointments
- Manage client communications
- Guide visitors through the check-in process
- Support services including patient admissions, discharges
- Ensure every client interaction reflects exceptional care and compassion
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Client/Customer Service related experience required
- Experience in a veterinary clinic setting strongly preferred
