Veterinary Client Service Representative
About the role
Keystone Veterinary Emergency & Referral is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to join their Emergency team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Havertown, PA.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for pet owners during some of their most emotional moments.
- Provide clear communication, compassion, and calm guidance in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Triage incoming calls.
- Cook up patient admissions and discharges.
- Coordinate the next steps in care.
- Support the medical team by ensuring accurate information flow from intake through discharge.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a Customer/Client Service role required.
- Clinical Veterinary experience strongly preferred.
