VETERINARY CLIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

1st Pet Veterinary Centers is an employee-owned (ESOP), Emergency, Specialty, and Primary Care practice with 3 locations in the Phoenix metro area. About the Role

As a Client Service Representative (CSR) for 1st Pet Veterinary Centers, you will be the first and last person caring for the needs of our clients. Core duties include checking clients in and out, data entry, receiving payment, and providing clear, consistent, kind, and compassionate communication—even during challenging situations. You will utilize practice management software and other electronic systems to organize information and process payments, multitask effectively, and act as a liaison between clients and veterinarians. Proactively addressing potential client concerns or problems before they escalate is essential.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in the veterinary field

Schedule

Available shifts: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM or 4:00 PM–1:00 AM.
