The Veterinary Emergency + Referral Center of Hawaii (VERC) is an advanced 24-hour veterinary emergency and specialty hospital. Our dedicated board-certified specialists and highly-trained emergency professionals provide a collaborative approach to veterinary medicine. Supported by our state-of-the-art facility and advanced diagnostic equipment, we offer the most comprehensive and progressive patient care on the Hawaiian Islands.
Responsibilities
- Residency trained or board-certified Cardiologist
- Motivated and energetic
- Fits well with the team
- Stays up to date with changing medical guidance in their field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Collaborates with specialists, emergency doctors, technicians, and client care staff
- Works closely with referring veterinarians
Requirements
Base Compensation Range: $200,000 – $240,000 annually, depending on experience and board certification.
Qualifications
Specialties in critical care, internal medicine, neurology, surgery, oncology, and radiology, as well as experience in emergency medicine.
Skills
Collaborative approach to medicine, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
