Veterinary Cardiologist

Responsibilities

• Deliver expert care to patients with cardiovascular issues.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including emergency veterinarians and specialists.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to ensure accurate diagnoses.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners about medical conditions and treatment plans.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new care protocols.

Requirements

• Board-certified or residency-trained veterinary cardiologist.
• Current license to practice veterinary medicine in California.
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate bedside manner.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Experience with advanced diagnostic imaging techniques.
• Knowledge of cardiology principles and practices.
• Experience with interventional cardiology procedures.
• Experience with echocardiography and electrocardiograms.

Skills

• Advanced diagnostic imaging techniques.

Pay

• Annual base salary up to $300,000.00, based on level of experience.
• Quarterly production bonus (NO negative accrual!)
