Veterinary Assistant Duties
- Providing compassionate care for ALL patients
- Collecting patient histories & assisting in thorough physical exams
- Working collaboratively with team members of all hospital services
- Client communication and education
- Able to properly triage patients
- Full Technician/ Assistant Skill Utilization
- Venipuncture / IV Catheter placement
- Proper Patient Sample handling
- Run Diagnostic Lab Machines
- Advancing towards FULL Hands Free Radiology (Associate safety a top priority)
Potential Schedule
- Full Time
- Overnight 6pm - 7am
Compensation
$21.00 – $26.75 / hour is based on skill set, and experience.
