Responsibilities

  • Provide essential patient care, assisting the medical team with hands-on tasks and ensuring every animal receives compassionate treatment.
  • Be the go-to support for the medical team, anticipating and fulfilling the needs of veterinarians and technicians to maintain a smooth workflow.
  • Create a positive client experience by assisting with scheduling, payments, and communications, always maintaining a courteous and informative demeanor.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment by taking pride in maintaining the hospital, performing routine upkeep, and managing equipment maintenance to uphold high standards of care.

Requirements

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • A calm and efficient approach, able to handle a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment with composure.
  • Confidence and skill in handling pets of all sizes and temperaments.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in fundamental veterinary skills, such as laboratory and pharmacy operations, nursing, and radiology, is a strong asset.

Qualifications
