Veterinary Assistant

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supporting our veterinarians and veterinary technicians with patient care
• Helping educate pet parents and making sure they feel informed and confident about their pet's care
• Aiding with appointments, treatments, and keeping patients comfortable throughout their visit
• Caring for our boarding guests by feeding, walking, monitoring, and making them feel at home
• Cleaning and maintaining kennels, treatment areas, exam rooms, and the hospital to keep everything running smoothly
• Restraining patients safely during exams and procedures
• Restocking supplies, preparing rooms, and jumping in wherever the team needs you
• Delivering compassionate care and creating a positive experience for every pet and every client

Qualifications:

• Has a genuine passion for animal care
• Loves connecting with people and providing great client education
• Works well in a team and is always willing to lend a hand
• Stays organized and positive in a busy environment
• Has veterinary experience (preferred, but we'd love to meet motivated candidates eager to learn!)
• Is available to work Saturdays
